Owner / Lawyer

Justin Bice

Before becoming a lawyer, Justin Bice spent eight years in the United States Army working in the Military Intelligence Detachment of the 3rd Special Forces Group at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He participated in three tours of duty in Afghanistan and one in Iraq during the 2003 invasion, in addition to participating in various peacetime operations around the world.

Katelyn Lamb

Katelyn started working for Bice Law Firm in July 2016. She graduated summa cum laude from Francis Marion University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in arts. Katelyn studied English in college, and while she attended school, she worked as an English tutor for 3 years. Katelyn also worked as a teaching assistant while at Francis Marion.

Morgan Peters

Morgan started working for Bice Law Firm in March 2016 and is a recent transplant to the Carolinas. She was born and raised in southern Minnesota and attended Pensacola State College in Pensacola, Florida where she earned a degree in paralegal studies.

Morgan has worked in the legal field for 9 years. She has prior experience working as a paralegal for a prominent insurance defense firm in Pensacola, and in 2013, she joined a personal injury law firm in Pensacola where she worked primarily in the areas of motor vehicle and slip and fall accidents. In her spare time, Morgan keeps busy with her family, including her husband, two young kids, and her furry pets. She enjoys watching sports, spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, listening to podcasts, and watching any criminal law series on television.

 

Kathryn Beebe

Kathryn began working for Bice Law in June of 2018. Before that, she was a teacher for the Fort Mill School District for thirteen years. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at Clemson University in education and her Master’s degree at Western Governor’s University in mathematics. Kathryn was born and raised in the Carolinas, and loves living in the south near her family and warm weather. When she isn’t busy with her two children, she enjoys exercising and anything that allows her to be in the sun.

Kelly Burch began working at Bice Law at the end of September of 2018. She is a recent graduate of USC Upstate with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She is originally from Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and moved to Charlotte in 2007. Her and her children love living in Fort Mill and have called it home for the past 4 years.
